Whole Foods and a grand solution

Whole Foods, by any objective standard, is expensive. It’s a bright, cheery place full of wonder and pixie dust, and it is expensive.

I have often heard people complain about the expensive pricetags found within Whole Foods, and after some years of thought I have come up with the grand solution to their problem: DON’T SHOP THERE.

Or don’t complain. So I guess there are two grand solutions, and I would favor both of them in concert, but you might choose one or the other or neither. It is very very interesting to me, though, that there are other options for buying “organic” or “non-GMO” or “natural,” and those options are cheaper, but not named Whole Foods.

That being said, I am a staunch supporter of Whole Foods’ proprietary peanut butter, and nothing will ever change that.
