Meaningful Returns

There will always, always, always be someone who can do the technical parts of your job better than you can. But, there is only one you. The technical part is the baseline, but you? You’re meant to be the gravy on top of it all. So the idea is for you to figure out how to combine the technical parts of your job with the incredibly unique and amazing parts of who you are as a person, and just run that Venn diagram intersection over and over and over again.

By definition, no one else can, and if you don’t do it, we’re all suffering. It’s a responsibility, of you and the community around you, to make this a reality.
